Technological system for continuous batch washers

The main priority of the system P&G Professional is the top quality of textile washing and rincing process and very low chemical damage of washed textile: the textile wear due detergents and additives impact during and after washing process is very low and the fibre does not pose any threat to health as it is well rinsed, disinfected and neutralised while the general operating costs of the washing process are very low.

• Automatic dosing system ARIEL MIX CBW for full automatic computer control dosing of ARIEL PROFESSIONAL SYSTEM washing detergents and additives
• Service for automatic dosing device
• Adjustment and settings of technological equipment by our technical team
• Washing machine process and program design and programming
• Regular inspection of technological settings of the process in your premises
• Evaluation of quality parameters e.g. in measuring main parameters of washing bath or test by means of measurement standards issued by the TZÚ Brno (Textile Testing Institute in Brno, CR)
• Consultation to cover the whole process, including production design of washing machines, washing procedures and programmes
• Optimisation of energy and water flows within the process, from the project stage to the implementation 
• Renovation of water, heat and control systems for continuous batch washers, automation, weighers, custom software for monitoring of volume going through the laundry and many others.
